We reserve the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. You should check the Website from time to time to review the then current Terms and Conditions, because they are binding on you.

Pacing an order with us indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

Placing an Order
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email
and or call you to confirm that we have received your order.
The goods and prices on our Website are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price displayed on the Website or on your order confirmation at the time of order.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, we will attempt to contact you to give you a choice to receive an alternative or a refund. If we are unable to contact you, your Order will be cancelled and you will be given a full refund.
Price and Additional Costs
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the goods listed on the Website may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our despatch procedures so that, where the correct price of the goods is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when despatching the goods to you. If the correct price of the goods is higher than the price stated on the Website, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before despatching the goods, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
The price is payable in pounds sterling exclusive of any applicable value added or other sales tax and duties which are payable in addition. Customers will be responsible for the payment of any applicable value added or other sales taxes and duties payable upon importation of goods into any member state of the European Union or any other country of destination
Delivery and Reservation of Title
The goods will be delivered to the delivery address stated by you by a delivery service appointed by C I Jewellery Designs. We will make every effort to deliver the goods by the date you have requested, but we cannot make a binding statement on this. We aim to deliver all goods in 10-working days. The goods remain the property of C I Jewellery Designs until we have received full payment.
Cancellations and Returns
This policy does not apply to the following goods which are exempt once they have been received
by the customer.
o Pierced Earrings
o Goods which have been made to the customers own specification such as engraving or sizing (where the product cannot be returned to its original state).
In accordance with the Distance Selling (Jersey) Law 2007, the Customer has the right to cancel an Order up to 7 days after the date of delivery. To do this please write to email: firstname.lastname@example.org. If the Customer exercises such right, C I Jewellery Designs will refund the value of the cancelled Order.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense within a reasonable timescale. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage and include all original packaging. Postage charges incurred when returning the items will not be refunded.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
We are based in Jersey, Channel Islands, which is not a part of the EU, and your contract is therefore subject to Jersey Law. By placing your order you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jersey courts in the event of any dispute. We comply with the Distance Selling (Jersey) Law 2007 and the Supply of Goods and Services (Jersey) Law 2009. Your statutory rights are not affected.
